2021 RAV4 Models

There are a total of seven models available with the 2021 Toyota RAV4, four of which are available with Toyota's highly efficient hybrid powertrain. Let's run through highlights of each model now.

LE:

The RAV4 LE comes equipped with a 4.2-in. digital Multi-Information Display (MID),  a 60/40 split reclining fold-flat rear seat with center armrest and Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.0 (TSS 2.0), a suite of advanced safety features comprised of Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection (PCS w/PD), Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA), Automatic High Beams (AHB), Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), Road Sign Assist (RSA) and Lane Tracing Assist (LTA). A Hybrid version of the RAV4 LE is available.

XLE:

The RAV4 XLE comes equipped with color-keyed heated outside mirrors with turn signal indicators, an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, dual zone automatic climate control system, Smart Key System, push button start and Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA). A Hybrid version of the RAV4 XLE is available.

XLE Premium:

Upgrade to the RAV4 XLE Premium to gain features like SofTex®-trimmed seats, an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, leather-trimmed steering wheel, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) and more. A Hybrid version of the RAV4 XLE Premium is available.

Adventure:

Highlights of the RAV4 Adventure include a vivid orange-accented interior, striking 19-inch alloy wheels with matte-black accents, roof rails, a unique grille design and black badging. It all makes for a RAV4 that more than looks the part.

TRD Off-Road:

The capable TRD Off-Road comes with athletic TRD flow-formed alloy wheels, upgraded tires, red-painted coil springs, distinct black overfenders and integrated LED fog lights. This RAV4 is sure to appeal to the outdoor enthusiasts among us.

XSE Hybrid:

The ultimate RAV4 Hybrid comes equipped with a standard sport-tuned suspension, black-painted outsides mirrors, a unique front grille, imposing 18-inch wheel and more. Combining sporty dynamics with efficiency, the XSE Hybrid represents the best of both worlds.

Limited:

The range-topping RAV4 Limited comes with expressive styling details like chrome-accented exterior door handles and a dark gray metallic front grille. Within the cabin you'll find luxurious features like a premium audio system, navigation system and two-position driver's seat memory.
