It produces a robust 202 horsepower in Camry LE, SE and XLE AWD, while the Camry XSE AWD generates a total of 205 hp thanks to its standard dual exhaust system. The power delivery is smooth and peppy. The advanced AWD system available on the 2020 Toyota Camry is highly sophisticated, with technology borrowed from the RAV4. It can direct up to 50 percent of engine torque to the rear wheels under certain driving conditions, like when accelerating from a stop or when there's wheel slippage at the front wheels.
